The hotel comprises two 23-storey buildings offering a total of 358 rooms. The Beach Wing is located directly by the beach, and the Ferringhi Tower is located across the road from the beach. The buildings are connected by a covered walkway. Facilities include a lobby, a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange, lifts and conference facilities as well as a room and laundry service for an added fee. In addition, the hotel features a café, shops and a restaurants. Parking is also available for those arriving by car.
