The hotel is a mid-scale development with two towers rising five and 13 storey above the street. Most rooms have panoramic views of the Petronas Twin Towers, one of the world's most identifiable landmarks. The architects have designed a u-shaped building that reflects the local architecture to provide guests with a truly Malaysian experience. While international standards and facilities are incorporated into its design there are many features that use tropical building materials to showcase the local culture.
