1) What are the procedures for making a Booking?

2) What is my latest period that I can make my reservation?
We can only guarantee bookings made at least 4-working days before check-in date. No bookings will be accepted if less than 4-working days

3) Can I make reservation for someone else?
Yes, you can but you have to ensure to insert the traveler’s name as guest name and make sure in indicate your email address, and your billing address must be your credit card billing address. Further security check will also be carried out.

4) What happen to my hotel booking is my flight is delayed?
Please call the hotel directly, any cancellation last minute or changes, HotelsinAsia.com.sg will not be responsible. Totally depend on hotel policy.

b. Booking Confirmation

1) After making a booking, what will I receive?
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with a confirmation voucher indicating our booking reference number and the booking details. Your credit card will be credited once booking is confirmed but if booking is unable to be confirmed, we will still sent you an email, no money will be credit from your credit card

2) How do I check my Booking?
You can view your booking status using your reference number and your email address.

c. Changing / Cancellation of Bookings

1) What are the cancellation policy for hotel bookings?
If more than 7 days before check-in date, you will be charge SGD50 for administration fee and hotel cancellation charges (if any)
If within 7 days, 01 night No show fee will applied. At certain Big Events period, special conditions apply by the hotel will applied and it will supercede the normal cancellation procedures.

2) How is the credit card refund?
Any refunds will be credited directly to your credit card account. It will take approximately 01 month to credit into your account. If you have further query, please contact our customer service.

d. Payment Procedures

1) What type of credit cards can i use?
We only accept Visa and MasterCard.

2) Will the price may change once i had done my booking?
Prices may change when you checked the site at different time because of currency fluctuation but once you have made your bookings, the prices are fixed . The prices include all services and taxes.
